Hollin Barn Cottages will endeavour to supply the cottage  as per contract and the use of the contents within. Hollin Barn Cottages will supply all bed linen, kitchen utensils and crockery for the duration of the hire. Bed linen will be changed on arrival and 7 days later. All electric, water and heating is included in the price as per contract. The customer hall be responsible for  payment  in full prior to arrival, failure to arrive on due date will result in loss of  all monies paid. The customer shall pay a £50 breakages deposit on arrival, this deposit will be returned to the customer on departure providing no damage or breakages to Hollin Barn Cottages property have occurred. The customer is not permitted to smoke within the cottages but may do so in the garden. Any personal property left  at any time by the customer is left at own risk  any lost or damaged to personal property, Hollin Barn Cottages shall not be held responsible.
